Background

Robert Miller of Project Grand Slam has written a powerful, haunting anti-gun violence song called “Tree Of Life”.

It was written in the aftermath of the mass shooting last fall at the Tree Of Life synagogue in PA, but its message is directed to the overall gun crisis.

Robert’s hope is that this song - with your participation and/or endorsement - will become an anthem and rallying cry against the senseless gun violence and mass shootings that plague our nation.

Your participation will ensure that we draw maximum attention to the crisis. We hope to create a groundswell of support that Congress cannot ignore any longer.

Any proceeds from the song will be donated to anti-gun charities.

Please listen to “Tree Of Life” and, if you are willing to participate, kindly contact Robert for more information:

“Tree Of Life” Lyrics

I wonder how and I keep asking why
We live in fear and we hide
It's tearing us up and we cannot survive

We must have peace in our time
All this hurt and pain
We can't let it happen again
We must find a better way - today

Why are there guns everywhere in our land?
Fired with hate and surprise
It's tearing us up and we cannot survive
We must be safe in our time

All this hurt and pain
We can't let it happen again
We must find a better way - today
